These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Altovia mobile application (the "App"), operated by Fabrika LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Altovia provides travel-related tools and features. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued at any time without notice. The Company does not guarantee availability of any specific feature.
Certain features may require payment or subscription. Prices, billing terms, and renewal details are disclosed at the point of purchase through the App Store or Google Play. All payments are processed by the applicable app marketplace. The Company does not store full payment card details.
The App may reference third-party services or data sources. Accessing external services occurs outside the App through your device's browser. The Company is not responsible for third-party content, services, or availability.
All content, features, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.
If the App allows you to submit content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the App or users. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate. Travel-related information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees of availability, pricing, or eligibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabrika LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
